Mamas and mamas to be...great news! it’s time for Monday MOCK-tails! 

Do the most important thing on your list, and then, bra off, hair up, mocktail poured, candle lit, inner peace achieved.

Just in case, a mocktail an alcohol-free cocktail. Whether you don't drink, are expecting a tiny person in the near future, or have a house full of kids running around, this Mocktail is the perfect refresher for your Monday. This drink is that every bit as delicious and booze free!

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Resting Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Servings: 6 cups

Ingredients

For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup water

  • 3/4  cup sugar

  • 3-4 fresh rosemary sprigs

For the Rosemary Grapefruit Mocktail:

  • 1 cup rosemary syrup (you will probably have a little extra leftover)

  • 1 1/2 cups 100% grapefruit juice

  • 3-4 cups club soda

For the garnish:

  • fresh rosemary sprigs

  • grapefruit slices

The Instructions:

Rosemary Syrup:

  • Put the water and sugar in a small pot over medium high heat.

  • Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until sugar is fully dissolved.

  • Remove from heat and add rosemary sprigs.

  • Cover pot and allow syrup to steep for about 30 minutes, until it is room temperature.

Rosemary Grapefruit Mocktail:

  • Combine rosemary syrup, grapefruit juice, and club soda in a pitcher, or in individual cups and serve immediately over ice.

  • Garnish glasses with fresh rosemary sprigs and a slice of grapefruit if desired.

*Fun side note*

If you have a group of friends that are pregnant, have a preggers party, or a girls night… in!

This recipe serves 6 so this along with some chocolate, popcorn and pj’s and you are good to go!!
