During this time in quarantine with my family, I’ve been trying my best to come up with ways to keep our toddler busy doing something fun and creative while being productive at the same time. That’s right, your toddler can make his/her own snacks and have fun doing it! I don’t know about yours, but our little one has a thing for snacks ( like mama ) and animals. So these animal face snacks were a no brainer. I printed out these photos below and had all the ingredients out for him to make his own. Depending on age, they may need your assistance. Just take out all of their favorite spreads and let them go to town! Below are the instructions and ingredients that you will need but feel free to make it your own! They’ll love it. The process as well as their finished product. 😉

* Cat face: for this toast you’ll need cream cheese, strawberries, blueberries and pretzel sticks. Spread the cream cheese onto the bread in a circle. Then slice one strawberry in half and place them on the top to create the ears. Next place three blueberries in the middle for the eyes and nose. Last break three pretzel sticks in half to create the whiskers.

* Bear face: for this toast you’ll need a hazelnut or peanut butter spread, sliced bananas and blueberries. Spread the base onto the bread in a circle. Then add two bananas at the top for the ears and one at the bottom for the nose. Next add two blueberries for the eyes and one on top of the banana for the nose.

* Panda face: for this toast you’ll need cream cheese and hazelnut spread. Spread the cream cheese onto the bread. Then place the spread into a sandwich size bag and snip off the tip. Then draw on the ears, nose and mouth.

* Monkey face: for this toast you’ll need a hazelnut or peanut butter spread, sliced bananas and blueberries. Spread the base onto the bread in a circle. Then slice two bananas in half. Place to halves on the sides to make the ears and two at the bottom to create the mouth. Then add two blueberries for the eyes. For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:
